Qualifications
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- 10 years experience in design/creative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Able to coordinate and present to creative team and stakeholders
Required software proficiency
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Microsoft PowerPoint (advanced skills in layout, animation, and design customization)
- Figma or equivalent design collaboration tools
Core responsibilities
- Ensure development and delivery of high-quality static and video materials that strictly adhere to client’s templates, branding, and style guidelines.
- Oversee the preparation of final layouts in Adobe InDesign, and video assets using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Supervise the creation of PowerPoint presentations, ensuring consistency with client’s visual identity and messaging.
- Review and provide art direction on materials created by internal teams and external agencies, ensuring brand alignment, visual consistency, and constructive creative feedback.
- Coordinate with client for the provision and use of approved visual assets (photography, illustrations, copy, etc.) across static, video, and printable materials.
- Ensure timely submission of publishable output and open working files.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver cohesive campaigns
Interview Process
Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a light design task involving a sample layout and PowerPoint slide. This will serve to assess their visual aesthetics, sense of brand, and design judgment. Tasks will be brief and not time-intensive.
